How Do I Book an Appointment?
To schedule an appointment, choose a service from our offerings and select a date and time suits you best. At the moment we have only one licensed esthetician available, so if you plan to book a service with a friend, only one service can be provided at a time while the other relaxes in our lounge area.
Do You Accept Walk-ins?
The Sanctuary operates by appointment only, but we are happy to accommodate same-day appointments.

Our Cancellation policy
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, a fee of 50% of the appointment price will be applied. Same day cancellations or No-Shows will be charged the full amount of scheduled service. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and any decision to waive this fee will be at our discretion. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.

We do not have monthly memberships right now, but we do offer a loyalty program! Sign up today and kickstart your rewards with 50 points. Earn 10 points for each session you book and for every product you purchase. For every 10 points collected, enjoy a $1 discount on services or skincare product.
