Step into your Haven, a Experience Designed to Care for Your Scalp, Hair, and Soul. As our only package, it reflects everything I believe in. Personalized care, Expert treatment, and Complete relaxation. Your Journey begins with a welcome drink and a one - on - one consolation with a performed detailed scalp and hair analysis where I identify exactly what your scalp and hair need in order to select the most effective, tailored products for your treatment. We start by melting away tension with a halo water fall, followed by our signature head spa treatment to purify the scalp, restore balance, and breathe new life into your hair. Your Experience is private and peaceful in our serene space. **This does not include A Blow Dry & Style or Facial.** Optional Upgrade Guests who would like to add a facial or a full polished, styled finish may add our signature Blowout or Choose a Facial from the service menu. *Not recommended while wearing any type of Hair Extensions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, a fee of 50% of the appointment price will be applied. Same day cancellations or No-Shows will be charged the full amount of scheduled service. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and any decision to waive this fee will be at our discretion. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.
