As our only treatment, The Haven reflects everything I believe in - personalised care, expert knowledge, and complete relaxation. Your experience begins with a one-to-one consultation and a scalp analysis to understand your individual needs before carefully selecting the products and treatment approach that will deliver the best results for you. I tailor every experience around your scalp, hair, and wellbeing goals. Unwind with a soothing scalp, neck, and shoulder massage during our signature head spa ritual created to deeply cleanse, rebalance, and revitalise the scalp and hair. Your personal head spa treatment includes a exfoliating treatment masque, a purifying cleanse, a moisturizing masque, and any other treatment that your scalp may need, wether it’s oil balance, or a calming treatment to help with inflammation.
