Service Description
Step into your Haven, at The Sanctuary Head Spa with our signature head spa treatment designed to detoxify and purify the scalp. This experience includes our Exfoliating treatment Masque to remove buildup, double cleanse, finished with a nourishing moisturizing treatment to add hydration back into your roots, with a soothing scalp massage, complemented by neck and shoulder relief ensuring you leave feeling refreshed and restored. **This does not include a Facial or Blow Dry.** Optional Upgrade Guests who would like to add on a Facial may choose a Facial from our Add On Service Menu. *Not recommended while wearing any type of Hair Extensions *My calendar automatically shuts off appointments at 5pm, if you are wanting to book The Haven with a Facial added on and wanting a 5pm or later time, please message me and I will get you booked on my end
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, a fee of 50% of the appointment price will be applied. Same day cancellations or No-Shows will be charged the full amount of scheduled service. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and any decision to waive this fee will be at our discretion. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.
